At justlinkit, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you access or use our platform via mobile application or web.

1. What Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

a. Personal Information

• Name, email address, and phone number: Collected during registration, seller verification, and when creating or offering a service. Required to associate a service with a real person and enable communication.
• PAN number and PAN card image: Used for legal and financial identity verification.
• Bank account number, IFSC code, and bank proof image: Collected for identity verification and regulatory compliance.
• Optional GSTIN: May be collected if provided voluntarily by influencers.

b. Technical Information

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token (used to enable push notifications)

c. Transaction Information

• Payments are processed securely via Razorpay using a payment account connected, owned, and managed by the user.
• Service listing details and order history.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide access to our platform, storefront features, and service listings
• Facilitate secure transactions through user-connected payment gateways
• Verify seller identity
• Enable order and service-related push notifications through FCM
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• Improve user experience and performance of our app

3. Authentication Tokens

When you log in to justlinkit via WebView (e.g., using Google or Supabase), authentication tokens (access_token, refresh_token) are temporarily used in-memory only to:

• Load the logged-in session into the WebView
• Register your device with Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)

We do not store or log these tokens on your device. They are not retained after registration and are never shared with third parties.

4. Push Notifications (FCM)

We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver:

• Service-related alerts
• Order status updates
• Platform announcements

Your FCM token is securely linked to your account after login. We do not share FCM tokens with any advertising networks or third-party trackers.

5. Payments and Data Processing

• Payments on justlinkit are securely processed through Razorpay.
• Users connect and manage their own Razorpay accounts on the platform.
• We do not store credit card, debit card, or bank credentials.
• All transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant.
• By default, all payouts are made directly to the payment gateway account connected and owned by the user.

6. Data Storage and Security

• All user data is stored on Supabase, which uses modern encryption and secure access protocols.
• Communication between your app and our servers is always via HTTPS.
• Uploaded documents (e.g., PAN card, bank proof) are retained securely to comply with Indian regulatory laws.

7. Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

Your data may be shared only with:

• Razorpay, for secure payment processing
• Supabase, for database management and authentication
• Regulatory authorities, if required by Indian law

8. Your Rights and Choices

As a user, you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we store about you
• Request account or data deletion
• Opt out of optional communications and push notifications

9. Children’s Privacy

Our platform is intended only for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. App Permissions and Runtime Requests

The app requests storage or media access permission (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE or READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) only at runtime and only if you attempt to upload a file (e.g., using the in-app file chooser). This permission is not requested automatically on app startup.

On Android 13 and higher, notification permission is also explicitly requested at runtime. This is used only to deliver service-related push notifications such as order updates and announcements via Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), and you may choose to deny or disable it at any time in your device settings.

11. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as needed to reflect legal or technical changes. Updates will be communicated in-app or via email.
